Baldur Gallows

this is again my interpretation of a Punisher 2099 villain that is my own making. Baldur Gallows is a real character tho he is Punisher 2099's brother and was killed but I decided that I would make a villain of him where he survived the shooting and blamed his brother for not being able to save them and got a similar costume of Punisher 2099's but different colors and called himself The Executioner and started a cruel punishment system and took over shield.
